Shakespeare in... the Montana Book Festival

As part of the Montana Book Festival this last week, our collaborators Randall Martin and Gretchen E. Minton met online to discuss the publication of Gretchen's latest monograph, Shakespeare in Montana: Big Sky Country's Love Affair with the World's Most Famous Writer. Congratulations, Gretchen!

Published just this year by the University of New Mexico Press, Gretchen's book documents a long history of Shakespeare performance in the region currently known as Montana, ranging from historical performances in old mining ghost towns, to women's reading groups in the last century, to the ongoing productions of her team at Montana Shakespeare in the Park.
